My adventure with YWAM

My name is Sarah, I am 20 years old, and a year ago I went to Mexico to attend a discipleship training school. I knew God, but during those five months I had the opportunity to rediscover Him. It was a completely life-changing experience. I learned to trust Him in areas of my life that I had previously kept from Him, such as my education, my finances, my self-worth, and who I am.

I left my comfort zone, my Switzerland, my home, everything I knew, and discovered a new culture, a different way of seeing the world and living. I thank the Lord for the people He placed in my path, for new friendships, and for those who inspired me with their faith. I will soon be going back to Bible school to immerse myself completely in the Bible.
