My adventure with YWAM - Rachel

My name is Rachel, I’m 23 years old, and I participated in an EFD from September 2024 to February 2025. I wanted to attend a school abroad with a focus on dance. So I ended up in Madrid, working with a ministry that uses dance for evangelism.

Those five months allowed me to discover myself, shape my identity, build relationships, gain confidence, and have life-changing experiences. It marked the beginning of a new relationship with God—an authentic relationship of dependence, where He truly takes first place in my life. I also rediscovered evangelism and, above all, a unique way to live it out through art: dancing, sharing my testimony, encouraging others, and praying for people.

The Rachel who entered the school is not the same as the one who left it, and I am deeply proud and grateful for that.
